International Day
for the Elimination of
Violence against Women
The United Nations has designated November 25 as the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
Every year, Japan holds the Campaign for Eliminating Violence against Women over the two weeks between November 12 and 25.
During this period, landmarks across Japan are lit up with purple illumination in alignment with the Purple Ribbon, a symbol for the eradication of violence against women.
The initiative seeks to raise greater awareness and eliminate all forms of violence against women.
DECORTÉ is dedicated to resolving the global social issue of gender inequality and supports the Purple Ribbon Campaign promoted by the government. DECORTÉ Purple Lightup 2024 will be held in Miyashita Park in Shibuya.

A pop-up café called DECORTÉ LIPOSOME Cafe will be open for seven days between November 12 (Tue) and 18 (Mon) in VALLEY PARK STAND, on the fourth floor of Sequence Miyashita Park. Customers can savor original desserts and drinks created just for this event and try out DECORTÉ’s Liposome Series products. Please take this opportunity to experience DECORTÉ products.
